Make your own fridge magnet

I've got a lot of fabrics scraps which I dearly hold on to. Too hard them let them go!
Well, then I found some magnet sheet in stationary shop near our house.
So i decided to give this a try!

Material :

Glue (make sure it suitable for fabric) - I use 3M Scotch glue stick here.
Fabris scraps
Scissors
Magnet sheet/magnet tape (I cut it into 2"X1", but you can cut it to whatever size you want)
Fray check

So firstly put on glue to the surface of the magnetic sheet. Make sure not to apply it on the black, magnetic surface.

Then put the fabric on top of the magnet. Press lightly especially on the edges.

Then cut the excess fabric, trim it nicely at the edges.

This is what you got after that. We are not finished yet...

Pour a little bit of fray check on a plate or flat surface. Dip all four edges into the fray check. A little is more than enough.

Left it to dry. You can get a lot with a sheet of magnet. Just like this!

Then after it had dried up, you can use it on your fridge! Cute right..! Isn't it a great way to use up your fabric scraps?

Happy trying!
