How to buy from our online shop?
Just input your desired quantity and click add to shopping cart. Once you are ready to proceed to check out, click your shopping cart and select proceed to check out. You will be required to register as our customer, and prompted for necessary billing, delivery and payment info. Do not worry as all your data are strictly confidential and we would not give to other party or use it for other than managing your orders. You had completed you check out process if you receive an e-mail with order no and details from us!
You can also create your customer account with us by clicking the account button on the website, and come back to browse later.
What kind of payment do you accept?
We accept payment through bank transfer (Maybank2u), and credit cards (via PayPal).
If you would like to pick up your purchase, COD would be acceptable as well. We also offer delivery for Shah Alam customers.
You can select COD too when you would like to pick up your purchase at the bazaar that we participate. Just put some comment of date of bazaar and COD for payment. And we will reserve the items for you and bring it for your collection at the bazaar.
How about custom orders payment?
For custom orders for handmade items by CokottoHand, a 50% deposit is needed to secure the order and for us to start making the orders. Upon completing the orders, we will notify you by e-mail to make payment for the balance. We will post the order once we have confirmed that payment has been made.
How do you deliver our purchase?
All delivery will be made by POSLAJU Malaysia courier service. Basically we will use the next day delivery.
All delivery will only be done once we have confirmed a full payment from our customer. Please include our e-mail when making payment using bank transfer. You can also sms (stating date and time of payment) or send us a copy of the receipt to our e-mail as proof of payment.
Faulty product & return policy
We will not accept product return or refund request due to shipping or delivery faulty.
However we may arrange for replacement or return if product is faulty by our mistake. Please check your order upon arrival and inform us within 48 hours if any damage to the items you ordered.
