Announcing the charlie tunic and charlie dress (longer, A shaped), designed by Rae Hoekstra from made-by-rae.com. We are an authorized seller of these tunic and dress. This cute top will be made to order only, by choosing the main body fabric from our fabric selection...any of it! Sizes available are from 12 months to 5T...it is quite universal to be worn by a girl or a boy. My daughter is wearing here a sample of 5T..which is a little wide on her even though she is 5 years old now. I have change the sleeve a bit to gathered sleeve, but you can always asked it to be made using the original pattern.
